A healthful, locally focused dinner paired with organic wines from Yorkville Cellars enjoyed during the presentation of 12 Ways to Bulletproof Yourself & Your Home Against Cancer.

Deborah J Post MSN, ARNP, a Board Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner, will present an insightful and intriguing perspective on how to create a healthy home “inside and out” safely as this is crucial to the health of our families and community.  For the healthfully indulgent side to the gathering, Chef Kristina San Filippo will present a live cooking demo for a 3-course seasonally focused dinner paired with wines. The menu will be the chef’s whimsical creations from what is the most stellar ingredients available that day. **Meal will be Diary-Free & Gluten-Free.

The per guest seat of $68 includes the 3 course dinner, wines paired with each course, service and a fabulous evening with other members of the community who enjoy stellar food and an exceptional culinary experience!  For a non-alcoholic beverage option our house juice blend or coconut water will happily be substituted for the wines. The wines poured at this dinner will be available for retail purchase by the bottle.

Seats for this dinner are by reservation only.  

Dinner begins promptly at 6pm.

1st course: Straight From The Farm Salad ~ Tomatoes, Strawberries & Sprouts organically grown from our local farms.  Served with herb vinaigrette & nuts

Wine: Yorkville Cellars Semillon, Mendocino, California

Entree: Three Suns Ranch Beef Sirloin over Wild Rice & Brown Rice Blend with Seasonal Vegetables

Wine: Yorkville Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon, Mendocino, California

Dessert Duo: Fruit Crisp with Pecan Topping  &  Artisan Cheese with Fruit
