Grass fed beef and lamb, along with wild hog, are rich in flavor and healthy omega-3 fatty acids, the perfect lean meat to enjoy for any meal at home. This class will present recipes using 3 cuts of grass fed beef to retain the juicy and tender texture that makes this meat delicious and nutritious.
