PIZZA ~ Cooking Class

A selection of seasonal produce, cheeses & meats will be used in this class to create a variety of pizzas using a traditional bread flour crust.
Starting with making our own pizza dough, then exploring the endless variety of topping combinations and finishing each pie to a crispy crunch on the baking stone, this class will be a pizza lovers delight.
**This is a Hands-On class where students make the dough, create their own personal pizza and work the ovens to bake the perfect crispy thin crust pizza.
