Slow Food Southwest Florida presents a three course dinner featuring locally sourced ingredients paired with 3 sustainably produced wines. Check back for details on this unique event to contribute to the efforts and focus of Slow Food USA. All proceeds go to support our local Slow Food chapter for SWFL.
Dinner will be held at Purple Spoon in Bonita Springs and presented by Chef Kristina San Filippo. Each course will be paired with a sustainably produced wine be presented by Gina Birch, SWFL food & wine writer.
Proceeds from this dinner go to fund the Edible Gardens In Schools projects guided by our local chapter of SlowFood USA.
